Industrial Survey
The Industrial Survey is a monthly business opinion survey designed to capture trends in industrial activity and expectations of entrepreneurs. Carried out since 1998 and currently conducted in partnership with 25 Federations of Industry, the Industrial Survey generates results by company size, geographic regions and activity sectors of Manufacturing and Mining and quarrying industries.
Assessment of financial situation improves in industrial sector in the 3rd quarter of 2024
The September 2024 industrial survey reveals that production fell during the month, while employment in the sector advanced. The survey also reveals that, in the 3rd quarter of 2024, there was an improvement in industrial entrepreneurs' financial situation assessment. The main problems faced during the quarter were the high tax load and the lack or high cost of raw materials and skilled workers.
