Robson Braga de Andrade
President of the Brazilian National Confederation of Industry - CNI
President of CNI since 2010. Graduated in mechanical engineering, he chairs the National Advisory Board of Sebrae and is a member of the Council for Economic and Social Development of the Presidency of the Republic and of the National Industrial Development Council. He was president of the Federation of Industries of the State of Minas Gerais (FIEMG) for eight years.
Arsjad Rasjid
Chairman of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia)
He also President Director of PT Indika Energy Tbk. – Indonesia’s leading integrated energy company, after previously serving as President Director and Group CEO in 2016-2018 and 2005-2013 and as Vice President Director and Group CFO in 2013-2016.
Rasjid is World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leader 2011 and was awarded 2010 Best Executive in Indonesia from Asiamoney. His roles outside the corporate context include him being the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Indika Foundation (Yayasan Indika Untuk Indonesia), the first corporate-backed nonprofit organization in Indonesia with a mission of promoting peace and tolerance in pluralism and building the national character. In 2019, Indika Foundation’s “Milenial Islami” project received 1st place of the Intercultural Innovation Award of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) and the BMW Group, in Madrid, Spain.
Rasjid studied at University of Southern California, United States, in Computer Engineering in 1990 and graduated from Pepperdine University, California, United States with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1993. In 2012, he completed Executive Education on Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st Century program at Harvard Kennedy School, USA, and at NUS Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore. In 2013, the Executive Education on Impact Investing at Said Business School, University of Oxford, UK. In 2014, the Master Class on Leadership and Decision Making in the 21st Century at Yale University, USA. And lastly in 2016, he completed the INSEAD Executive Education – International Directors Programme in Singapore and France.

Owner and Chief Executive Officer of the Sintesa Group, Shinta Kamdani is responsible for the Management and Expansion of the Group’s business interests in Indonesia. The Sintesa Group is an Indonesian group with 16 subsidiaries, which operates under four main pillars: the Property, Energy, Industrial Products, and Consumer Products.
Shinta is involved in numerous business and social activities, including as the Coordinating Vice Chairwoman III for Maritime, Investment and Foreign Affairs of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia), Vice Chairwoman of Employers’ Association of Indonesia (APINDO), Regional Coordinator for the Asia-Pacific and Executive Board Member of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), President of Indonesia Business Council for Sustainable Development (IBCSD), as well as founder of Indonesia Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (IBCWE) and Angel Investment Network Indonesia (ANGIN), and the Member of APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) Indonesia.
Shinta graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University New York in 1989 and Executive Education at Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts, USA in 2002.As part of her achievement, she was named Fortune Indonesia’s 20 Most Powerful Women 2022. In 2017, she was decorated as the Commander of the Polar Star by the King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden and the Commander of the Order of Leopold of Belgium.
Embaixador Sarquis José Buainain Sarquis
Brazilian G20 Sherpa
José Buanain Sarquis joined the foreign service in 1991 and, during his career as a diplomat, he held several positions, in particular, in the area of economic, commercial and financial diplomacy. Sarquis was responsible for negotiations and economic policy analysis in the areas of international trade and investment, finance and development. He represented the Brazilian government in various intergovernmental meetings and conferences at the OECD, the WTO, the World Bank, the IMF and the United Nations.
During his diplomatic career, Sarquis served at the Brazilian Embassies in London (1997-2000) and Berlin (2001-2003). He was also Minister-Counselor for Economic and OECD Affairs at the Brazilian Embassy in Paris (2009-2014), as well as Minister-Counselor at the Embassy in Tokyo (2014-2017).
Prior to assuming the role of Secretary of Foreign Trade and Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2020), he was Vice President of Risk, Research, Strategy and Partnerships at the New Development Bank (NDB) in Shanghai (2018-2020) .
Sarquis holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Escola Politécnica of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a master's and doctorate in economics from the London School of Economics (LSE).
Rizal Affandi Lukman
B20 Indonesia Sherpa
Senior Advisor to the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Indonesia and Indonesia B20 Sherpa appointed by KADIN, Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He was the Deputy Minister for International Economic Cooperation at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs from November 2010 to July 2021.
He received his bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), a master’s degree in International Relations from International University of Japan, and a PhD in International Development from the Graduate School of International Development, Nagoya University.
Agung Wicaksono
Deputy Chair of the Energy, Sustainability and Climate Task Force
Agung Wicaksono is the Managing Director of PT. Jababeka Infrastruktur. He also lectures at School of Business & Management, Institute of Technology Bandung (SBM ITB) and co-founder of its Center for Policy and Public Management. In 2016-2018 he was appointed by the Governor of Jakarta to be the COO of MRT Jakarta, the city government-owned enterprise tasked with operating the first MRT in Indonesia. In 2018-2020, he was promoted to be the CEO of Transportasi Jakarta, operator of the world’s largest bus rapid transit network.
From 2014 to 2016 he was assigned by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources as the Vice Chairman of PMO for 35000 MW Electricity Projects, as well as member of the Performance Management Unit of the ministry. He was also formerly a member of The Oil and Gas Governance Reform Team. During SBY’s government, he was Special Assistant to the Head of President’s Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight (UKP4).
Agung accomplished his Ph.D. dissertation in International Management at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland on corporate governance of state-owned enterprises in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Following a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from ITB, he obtained his M.Sc. from Technical University Hamburg Harburg (TUHH), Germany.
Haryanto T. Budiman
Haryanto Tiara Budiman has been the Managing Director of Compliance and Risk Management of PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk since Jun 2020. From Jan 2012 to April 2020, he served as Managing Director & Senior Country Officer (Chief Executive) Indonesia of J.P. Morgan.
Prior to that, from Oct 2006 to Dec 2011, he worked as Senior Executive Vice President and head of Change Management or Transformation Office of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. He joined McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, in 1996 as a consultant immediately after receiving his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and spent more than 10 years with the Firm.
While at McKinsey he had significant international experience with assignments in various countries including the United States, South Korea, India, Australia and other South East Asian countries. Dr Budiman currently also serves as the Executive Chairman of the Indonesian Bankers Association (a professional association of bankers in the country) - the position that he will hold until May 2023.
Constanza Negri
Intenationation Trade and Integration Manager, National Confederation of Industry - CNI
Previously, Constanza served as Senior Advisor to the Directorate of Industrial Development, which she joined in 2012. She worked at EUROCHAMBERS as Deputy Director and Head of Policy for the Department of International Affairs, being responsible for EU Trade Policy, Investments and Relations with Brazil and USA. She also played the role of Coordinator of the EUROCHAMBERS Expert Committee on Free Trade.
Constanza also worked for the U.E-Latin America Observatory and the WTO International Chair on Regional Integration at the University of Barcelona, where she specialized in EU-Latin America trade and economic cooperation and WTO rules on regional integration.
She holds a master's degree in International Relations from the University of Bologna, an Advanced Diploma in European Studies from the European College of Parma, and a postgraduate degree in International Economic Relations-Regional Integration from the University of Barcelona.
Jackson Schneider
President of Embraer Defense & Security, as of 2014. He holds a law degree from the University of Brasília – UNB, an MBA from the São Paulo Business School with an exchange program at Rotmann Commerce (University of Toronto). He is currently “visiting Senior Research Fellow, Department of War Studies, King's College, London”. He started his career at the Brazilian Ministry of Justice. In the private sector, he held business positions at Unilever and Mercedes-Benz do Brasil.
He is chairman of the Board of Directors of Tempest S.A. (Security Intelligence Company) and Visiona Tecnologia Espacial S.A. He is member of the Board of Directors of OGMA (Portugal Aerospace Industry), of the Advisory Board of Mercedes-Benz do Brasil, of the Board of Directors of YDUQS S.A (Estácio Participações S.A.) and Chair of the Brazilian Chapter of BRICS Business Council. Mr. Schneider is also an active member of “Pro-bono” organizations such as the Biennial Foundation of São Paulo, the AACD (Association to Support Disabled Children) and MASP – Assis Chateaubriand São Paulo ́s Art Museum.
In addition, Mr. Schneider was President of ANFAVEA (Brazilian Association of Vehicle Manufacturers), ABIPLA (Brazilian Association of Manufacturers of Cleaning Products, and Related Items), Vice President of FIESP (State of São Paulo Industries Federation), member at the board of CDES (Brazilian President ́s Council on Economic and Social Development) and member of the Advisory Council of Instituto Serzedello Corrêa from TCU (Brazil ́s General Accounting Office).
